A peaceful world begins with a peaceful mind.
Mindful Resilience is a nonprofit bringing evidence-based mindfulness and meditation to the people and places that need it most, from classrooms and libraries to workplaces and living rooms.
Transform stress into resilience, and heal from the inside out.
Because a peaceful world begins with a peaceful mind, Mindful Resilience provides our community's youth, parents, and broader community with evidence-based mindfulness and meditation tools to transform stress into resilience and heal from the inside out.
We do this through structured, community-focused educational programs. Our current featured program is the Nalanda Institute's Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT), with more offerings to come.

Meet Kim, your guide from burnout to resilience.
Experienced meditator and Nalanda-certified Compassion-Based Resilience Training instructor, here to help you practice the science of steadiness, self-compassion and sustainable wellbeing.
Resilience isn't about pushing harder. It's about learning to meet yourself with compassion.
I came to this work the way many people do: through my own experience of stress, striving, and the quiet exhaustion of caring for everyone but myself. Contemplative practice didn't ask me to do more. It taught me how to recover, steady my nervous system, and respond to life with more clarity and kindness.
Today, as a certified facilitator of Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT), I guide small groups through the same evidence-based skills (mindfulness, compassion, imagery and breath-work) that transformed my own relationship with stress. My role is to make the science accessible and the practice doable, in a warm, unhurried space where every voice belongs.
- Certified through the Nalanda Institute's CBRT program

Warm, unhurried and human.
Whether it's a cohort, a workshop or a community circle, the feeling is the same: a space where people can slow down, practice together and be met with kindness.
